Application Requirements

 

 

Degree Application

 

1.Application Deadline

Undergraduate and Master Programs offered in Chinese: May 31every year

Programs offered in English: June 30 every year

 

2.Documents Required for Application

Documents must be prepared either in Chinese or in English.

CUFE Application Form

A copy of graduation certificate and transcripts

Letter of guardianship and a copy of guardians passport or ID

A copy of Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) results (scoring at Elementary Level C or higher for Bachelor programs and Intermediate Level C or higher for graduate programs offered in Chinese)

A copy of English Proficiency Test results (TOFEL 550 (or above) or IELTS 5.5 (or above) only for programs offered in English)

A copy of passport or other identification

Two letters of recommendation from the applicants professors if accepted for Master or Doctorate Programs

A copy of master thesis or other publications if accepted forDoctorate Programs

Non-degree Application

 

1.Application Deadline

Fall semester: June 30 every year

Spring semester: December 31 every year

Documents must be prepared either in Chinese or in English.

Entrance Examinations

 

1.Undergraduate Programs offered in Chinese

Time and Venue: June 5----10 each year, CUFE

Content of Test: Chinese Language (written exam) and Interview

 

2.Master and Doctorate Programs offered in Chinese

Time and Venue: June 10---20 each year, CUFE

There is no entrance examination for Programs offered in English. CUFE makes decision of admission according to the applicants documents. An interview is required when registration.

 

Tuition And Fees

 

Insurance

 

According to the regulations made by the Chinese Ministry of Education, all international students studying in China should be covered by Comprehensive Medical Insurance and Accidental Injury Insurance Plan for International Students during their study in China. The insurance fees will be collected at the time of registration, or the registration will not be allowed.

 

Insurance:RMB 600/ per year, RMB 400/per half year
